Library

The library is a key to the world of knowledge and acquisition of knowledge will help enlighten the personality of an individual at the vital, spiritual and mental levels and will inculcate social virtues and foster intellectual development to make one a worthy citizen.

The college has a separate Library block since 1981. The vast library has a rich collection of 26500 books capable of meeting the changing needs and demands of present and future since inception of pu college.

A well-housed and well-managed library is the foundation of modern educational structure. To keep pace with the ever-expanding field of knowledge the library is being updated from time to time.

The Book collection varies from Text books, Reference books, General knowledge books , Encyclopedia , Year book, books related to competitive examination, story books, Literature books. We have Books in different languages too such as Hindi, English, Kannada and Sanskrit.

A beautiful collection of Dictionary, grammer related books and books written by famous authors and poets are available too. News papers, Magazines, journals, periodicals are procured to the library to enhance the knowledge of readers. Syllabus related question papers, question banks are available in the library. Recently we have undertaken  the process of digitizing the library.
